The Todd Creek Vistas Owners Association is a non-profit Colorado Corporation, managed by Homeowners Association Management Company (HOAMCO).

• The community is comprised of 71 individual single family homes.

• The Annual Common Expense Assessment, or "dues", is $480.00 per home, per year, and becomes due as of January 1st each year. 

• All homes / properties pay the same amount. 

• Assessments are payable in monthly installments of $40.00 each. 

• Each monthly installment is due on the first day of the month and considered late if payment has not been received by the 10th day of any month. 

• If payment is received after the 10th of the month, a late fee of $25.00 and an interest charge is imposed.

• Board Meetings are normally held each quarter and the date/time & locations are posted on this web site on the Events Calendar.
